I felt like watching a great action movie one day, and did I make a good pick! This movie is loaded with all the stuff we love in a movie: a hot James Bond, babalicious women, fighting, explosions, car chases, gun shots, some good sex, sweet cars, suave lingo, and to top it all off, Casino Royale adds high intensity gambling to the mix!
James Bond (Daniel Craig) (MEEOW) is recently promoted to OO status…which apparently is a really good thing. His first mission is to defeat Le Chiffre, a bad guy who take money from terrorists and wins them extra money at big time poker games. Bond is paired with Vesper Lynd (Eva Green), his hott side-kick on the mission, to stop Le Chiffre from winning all this money. Bond’s ultimate gamble is to decide who he can trust or not and to discover the true meaning of a secret agent.
Casino Royale is hardly a let-down! For being an action movie, there was actually some great acting going on! Everything Craig‘s character did was flawless and cunning. What also made me happy about this movie, is that the hot girl side-kick definitely pulled her weight and just wasn’t there for looks! Just when I thought I knew how the movie was going to end, I was completely proven otherwise! I didn’t have a whole lot of hope going into this movie, but I will say that I was sucked into it immediately! Not to mention that Daniel Craig is a stallion! Definitely worth 3.5 stars and this is something your man will want to see, for sure! If you don’t have this added to your James Bond collection already, check it out on amzon.com!
