What starts out as a tragedy ends with love. This movie is definitely ranked higher than others on my movie list.
The movie begins when Gray, played by Jennifer Gardner, turns her wedding cake and flower arrangements away when they arrive due to having to bury her fiancé rather than marrying him. Gray’s heartache and financial instabilities causes her to move in with two of her belated fiancé’s best friends. While Gray is mourning, Sam (Kevin Smith) and Dennis (Sam Jaeger) do everything and anything that they possibly can think of to cheer Gray up. There is a third friend, Fritz (Timothy Olyphant), who comes and goes as he pleases and seems as if the death of his friend does not affect him as much as the others. But, the truth is, that he too is suffering from the loss of his friend. Gray is protruded by his actions, and her hatred turns into lust when both of their barriers are broken. There is a bit of a hidden love triangle, but her secret relationship with Fritz ends when Sam learns of the secret relationship by surprise. There are “surprise guests†along the way that keep the story line a bit “spicy†and “juicy,†but I am unable to give the details, of course.
Gray learns that the love and support that she received gave her the light of hope that love can still exist when it was unfairly robbed from her.

Ehhh…this sounds soo sad! It sounds like I would enjoy this one.
It was sad….so the tears were rolling in from the start….But, to me, it made it just that much stronger and much more heart felt than the normal sappy girl meets boy story.
