So I know the deadline passed just a couple of hours ago, but I just now came across this blog and see that you haven’t had any responses, so I thought I’d give it a shot! I’ve been wanting to see this film ever since I saw the trailer for the first time a couple weeks ago and was utterly stunned. The trailer offers just the right amount of intrigue and it looks to be carried by some phenomenal young actors. It seems like it could be a thoughtful and worthy adaptation of the book. I was disappointed when I saw that the film was only going to be released at select theaters at first, and have been anticipating the day that it comes to Milwaukee.
WOW. I am a LOT late, but there’s only one comment! How does that happen? I’ve been excited about this film since I saw it’d be made! The book is so beautifully written that it has become one of my favorites. I just now saw the tweet about a chance to win, I hope I do! I’m an avid film and book lover, and hope that this film does great justice to the book. Judging from the trailer, it seems like it will. I’m crossing my fingers for a chance to see it!
